Software Delivers Update to SalesLogix

Software today announced the availability of an update to SalesLogix®,
the leading CRM product for small to medium-sized businesses. The update
offers new database support for Oracle 8.1.7 and 9iR2, an updated Web
user interface and enhanced customization capabilities within the SalesLogix
Support Client.
First introduced in October of 2002, SalesLogix v6 is built on a new architecture
that enables easy integration with back-office accounting and business
management applications small and medium-sized businesses use every day
to gain insight into their customers. The new architecture also provides
a significantly improved method for tailoring SalesLogix to the companys
unique business processes. More than 200 enhancements were made to the
SalesLogix Sales Client, SalesLogix Web Client and SalesLogix Support
WebTicket to ensure SalesLogix customers continue to achieve increased
efficiency, sales performance and rapid return on investment.
Additional SalesLogix v6 features users will benefit from include:
Improved communication with customers and prospects - Major usability

with HTML templates for sharp, personalized e-mail, letters and faxes.
